Accessing Mental Health Support—Virtually

As we enter the new year, many people are reflecting on the challenging events of 2020—and those that continue to define our daily lives. Some people’s ability to prepare for and effectively respond to the ongoing ups and downs of the times may be waning.

Mental wellness is essential to overall health, including the quality of relationships, resilience during difficult times, and finding joy in the moment. While the past year has been a whirlwind of change, transition, and possibly loss, it was also an opportunity to slow down, adapt, reflect, and grow.

No matter what is going on in the outside world, it’s important to know that Sutter Health Plus members have access to safe, confidential virtual care for their mental health.

Sanvello—a completely confidential app that offers on-demand help for stress, anxiety and depression—is available to members at no cost share through U.S. Behavioral Health Plan, California (USBHPC). From daily check-ins to tools that can help address immediate concerns, Sanvello offers mood tracking, coping tools, guided journeys, personalized progress, and community support. Get started by downloading the Sanvello app from the App Store or Google Play.

Talk to a Behavioral Health Provider
Telehealth offers a safe, convenient way to access care from the comfort of home. Through USBHPC, members have access to mental health, behavioral health, and substance use disorder treatment services. Members may self-refer to a participating USBHPC provider for virtual office visits at liveandworkwell.com or by calling USBHPC at (855) 202-0984.
