Sutter Health Plus members now have access to two new Sutter Walk-In Care locations in Santa Clara and Natomas for same-day care for everyday health needs. For quick and convenient care, members can go online to book a same-day visit or just walk in. Through a new My Health Online feature, On My Way, members can see a map of Walk-In Care locations and schedule the next available nearby appointment.
The new Santa Clara Walk-In Care is at 3912 Rivermark Plaza off Montague Expressway in Rivermark Village. The Natomas location is at 2860 Del Paso Road, Suite 100 off eCommerce Way in Del Paso Marketplace.
“During the busy holiday season, Sutter Walk-In Care is a convenient way for members to access high-quality care for common health needs when it fits their schedule,” said Rob Carnaroli, Sutter Health Plus vice president of sales. “Members can visit any of the 23 Sutter Walk-In Care locations near their home, work, and school, or while traveling throughout Northern California.”
All Sutter Walk-In Care locations are overseen by a physician medical director and staffed by clinicians who diagnose and treat patients and prescribe any required medications, if required. The facilities use Sutter’s Electronic Health Record (EHR)—which digitally connects members’ medical records across Sutter—allowing clinicians and doctors to better coordinate care. Members can also take advantage of My Health Online to access an After Visit Summary listing details of the visit and instructions for follow-up care.
Sutter Walk-In Care provides services for adults and children 18 months and older, including:
- Flu shots
- Measles vaccines and other immunizations
- Treatment for cold, flu and strep throat
- Allergy treatment
- Smoking cessation help
Sutter Walk-In Care is open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and most holidays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Find a Walk-In Care location near you at sutterhealthplus.org/walk-in.
