Sutter Health Plus members in San Mateo County and surrounding communities now have access to a new Sutter Walk-In Care for everyday health needs. The San Bruno location is at 851 Cherry Ave., Suite 4, in the Bayhill Shopping Center.
“Sutter Health continues expanding its same-day clinically integrated services across Northern California,” said Rob Carnaroli, Sutter Health Plus vice president of sales. “We’re excited to offer our members in the San Bruno area new front doors to care, right in their neighborhood.”
At Sutter Walk-In Care, clinicians are available to provide care for common illnesses, health screenings, and immunizations and vaccinations—and visits cost no more than a primary care visit cost share, and may be less, depending on the plan design. Adults and children 18 months and older are welcome for care.
Sutter Walk-In Care is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; holiday hours may vary. While appointments are not necessary to visit a Sutter Walk-In Care, members can use On My Way to view a map of nearby Sutter Walk-In Care locations with available appointment times and easily book an appointment when it is convenient. With My Health Online, members can also access the After Visit Summary listing details about after-visit care.
Sutter Walk-In Care continues to maintain the safety of its clinicians, staff, patients, and community, including taking extra steps to help keep people safe. Sutter will direct patients experiencing respiratory issues and more severe symptoms associated with COVID-19 to same-day video visits or the appropriate facility to receive treatment.
