Sutter Health Plus members can also have maintenance medications delivered right to their doorstep with free standard shipping through the CVS Caremark® Mail Service Pharmacy. Signing up is simple and can help save time by avoiding an extra trip to the pharmacy.

With CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy, members can fill up to a 100-day supply, as their benefit plan allows, of maintenance prescription drugs for two retail copays. This means members can receive at least a three-month supply of a prescription drug for the cost of a two-month supply. Over time, this may result in hundreds of dollars in savings, particularly for those with multiple eligible prescriptions. Members can also save time by making less trips to the pharmacy throughout the year.

Three Ways to Sign Up
Members can sign up for pharmacy delivery online, by phone, or mail. Once set up, members can ask their providers to send their eligible prescriptions to CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy or log in to the CVS Caremark member portal and select eligible prescriptions to order by mail.

Online

1. Visit Caremark.com and register for the member portal. Note: CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy may only be setup from a desktop or laptop computer.
2. Select “Prescriptions” from the menu, then select the “Start Rx Delivery by Mail” option.
3. Select “Price this drug” on an active prescription from the list or search for a new prescription drug to determine eligibility for mail service.
4. Click the “Request a New Prescription” button, then proceed to checkout. Ensure delivery details, prescribing provider information, and payment method are correct and submit.
5. If needed, CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy will contact the prescribing provider for approval. Once approved, processed, and shipped the order should arrive within five days.

Over the Phone

By Mail

1. Download and print the CVS Caremark Mail Service Order Form below. Members can also call 844-740-0635 to request this form be mailed to them.

2. Mail the completed form with copies of your paper prescriptions, the prescription numbers, and payment to CVS Caremark.
