These portals give members and providers secure access to manage their Sutter Health Plus plan information. And, with our responsive technology, users can access the portals from their smartphone, tablet or computer.

Through the Sutter Health Plus Member Portal, members can access eligibility, benefits, copays, claims, member identification (ID) cards and more. The Sutter Health Plus Provider Portal offers our network providers access to patient eligibility and benefits, claims, forms, the provider manual and provider updates. The redesigned portals allow for self-service access anytime, anywhere to the information and services our members and providers need.
