Sutter Health Plus members now have access to a new Sutter Walk-In Care location in Santa Clara County for convenient, same-day care for everyday health needs. The Milpitas Sutter Walk-In Care is located in the Milpitas Town Center at 497 East Calaveras Boulevard near City Hall.

“Opening new doors to care is important in keeping our communities healthy,” said Rob Carnaroli, Sutter Health Plus vice president of sales. “Sutter Health Plus members have safe access to Walk-In Care locations throughout Northern California, including four in Santa Clara County open now.” 

Sutter Walk-In Care is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; holiday hours may vary. Members can access same-day care for adults and children 18 months and older. Although no appointment is necessary, members can use
On My Way to view a map of nearby Walk-In Care locations with available appointment times to quickly and easily book a convenient appointment.

Sutter Walk-In Care locations are overseen by a physician medical director and staffed by clinicians who diagnose and treat patients and prescribe medications, if required. These facilities also use Sutter’s Electronic Health Record (EHR)—digitally connecting members’ medical records across Sutter, allowing clinicians and doctors to better coordinate care. And with My Health Online, members can access the After Visit Summary listing details about after-visit care.
