Four hospital campuses in the Sutter Health Plus network earned “A” grades for patient safety from The Leapfrog Group® in its Fall 2015 Hospital Safety Score. Eden Medical Center, Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital, Sutter Davis Hospital and Sutter Delta Medical Center were recognized for their overall performance in keeping patients safe from preventable harm and medical errors. The letter grades were calculated from 28 evidence-based national measures of hospital safety and more than 2,500 hospitals nationwide participated in Leapfrog’s Hospital Safety Score program.
