Sutter Health Plus network hospitals consistently achieve some of the lowest C-section rates in California. Recently, 13 network hospitals earned recognition by the California Maternal Quality Care Collaborative (CMQCC). The CMQCC acknowledges hospitals for going above and beyond to provide high-quality, safe care to California’s mothers, birthing people and newborns.

In total, 23 Sutter Health Plus network hospital campuses received “High Performing” recognitions in at least one individual quality measure, the highest distinction a hospital can earn for U.S. News’ Best Hospitals Procedures & Conditions ratings.
