Self Care by AbleTo is a confidential, self-paced platform available 24/7 via online or mobile app at no extra cost through U.S. Behavioral Health Plan, California (USBHPC), a subsidiary of Optum. Members can find tools to help them better understand their emotions, manage stress and boost overall well-being through personalized content, coping strategies, mindfulness techniques and more.
Daily Mood Tracking: Answer daily questions to record mood, habits and sleep to identify patterns and assess progress.
Mental Health Tools: Tap into tools created by clinicians to get help strengthening resilience and learning relaxation method
Collections: Build long-term life skills with curated tools, techniques and resources on topics that matter — from work-life balance to sleep concerns, and much more.
Personalized Activities: Get help creating your self-guided journey to better mental health. Track your progress, set goals and make strides through weekly check-ins.
Eight-Week Therapy Program: For those seeking more in-depth support, this program connects members age 18+ with licensed therapists for one-on-one sessions, where they can work together to address unique challenges. With flexible scheduling options and tailored support, members can navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease and confidence.
