Sutter Health Plus members can manage their health any place and anytime through My Health Online* (MHO). MHO is Sutter’s secure patient portal that provides members the flexibility and convenience to stay connected with their care teams and so much more. With MHO, members can:

- Request prescription renewals or message their care team
- View health records including test results and immunization history
- Pay bills and copays online (Apple Pay and Google Pay now accepted)
- Sign up for text reminders and manage communication preferences
- Complete eZ arrival for contactless appointment check-in
- Care Companion interactive plans for pregnancy and postpartum
- An advance care planning tool to guide future healthcare decisions
- Coordinate care for a minor on their health plan
