Sutter Health Plus members now have access to two new Sutter Walk-In Care locations in Aptos and Santa Rosa, providing care for everyday health needs. Members can visit any of the 19 Sutter Walk-In Care locations throughout Northern California at the same out-of-pocket cost as a primary care visit.
For quick and convenient care, members can go online to book a same-day visit or just walk in. Through a new online feature, On My Way, members can now see a map of Walk-In Care clinics and schedule the next available appointment.
The new Aptos Walk-In Care is at 26 Rancho Del Mar off the Cabrillo Highway. The Santa Rosa location is at 2360 Mendocino Avenue off Highway 101. Sutter Walk-In Care locations are overseen by a physician medical director and staffed by clinicians who diagnose and treat patients and prescribe medications, if required. These facilities also use Sutter’s Electronic Health Record (EHR)—digitally connecting members’ medical records across Sutter, allowing clinicians and doctors to better coordinate care. And with My Health Online, members can access the After Visit Summary listing details about after-visit care.

Sutter Walk-In Care provides services for adults and children 18 months and older, including:
- Sunburn
- Allergies
- Cold, flu and strep throat
- Measles vaccines and other immunizations
- Swimmer’s ear
- Rashes and skin infections
- Poison oak and ivy
- Minor sprains and strains
- Mild pains
- Pregnancy screening
- Smoking cessation help
