My Health Online–Convenience at Your Fingertips

Looking for a convenient way to manage your health when and where you want? Consider enrolling in My Health Online* (MHO), a secure patient portal that connects you with your care team—anytime, anywhere. You can use your laptop or desktop, or download the mobile app, called MyChart, at the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

With MHO, you can securely schedule appointments, message your care team, renew prescriptions, pay bills and copays, view visit summaries, and view most lab and test results.**

MHO recently expanded its functionality with new features:

  • Video visits: Members age 18 months and older in California can now see providers through same-day video visits for non-urgent, common illnesses, such as allergies, sore throats and fevers. Appointments are available daily between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. and most major holidays between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Video visits are not available on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
  • Text appointment reminders: You can now set a communication preference to receive automated appointment reminders via SMS text message for appointments with many family medicine, internal medicine and pediatrician providers and some specialists. This service allows you to either confirm the appointment, or acknowledge in advance if you need to reschedule. Additionally, you may be able to receive earlier appointment opportunities by text message.

Members can register for My Health Online by enrolling at your doctor’s office, online, or by calling 1-866-978-8837.

*If you have received care from a Sutter provider or facility, you are eligible to enroll in MHO.

**If your primary care physician does not participate in MHO, your functionality is limited to viewing lab or test results from Sutter facilities and accessing video visits. Participating providers include doctors with Sutter Medical Foundation, Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation, Sutter Gould Medical Foundation, Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation, Palo Alto Medical Foundation and other select community providers. Check with your doctor’s office to see if they participate in MHO.
