Managing Health—Anytime, Anywhere

When life gets busy, it can be difficult to find time to manage health. Sutter Health Plus members have access to a variety of online tools and resources to help manage their wellness, care, and coverage from home or on-the-go when it’s convenient for their schedule, 24/7. From booking a same-day video visit with a Sutter provider and messaging a care team to renewing prescriptions and paying a medical bill, here are a few ways for members to save time and manage their heath—anytime, anywhere.


Member Portal
Find important information about member eligibility, benefits, copays, claims, and ID cards from a mobile device or computer by registering for the secure Member Portal at shplus.org/memberportal. Through the Member Portal, members can also access the Health and Wellness Site, providing health management articles, self-assessment tools, and a Health Library featuring videos and tips for improving wellness.

My Health Online
With the My Health Online mobile app, members have 24/7 access to pay bills, message their care team, receive text reminders about appointments, renew prescriptions, and view after-visit summaries and lab test results. Members can also schedule a same-day appointment at a Sutter Walk-In Care or a video visit with a Sutter provider. Download My Health Online from the App Store or Google Play to get started.

Mental Health
Caring for mental wellness is an important part of maintaining overall health. Sutter Health Plus partners with U.S. Behavioral Health Plan, California (USBHPC) to provide access to mental health, behavioral health, and substance use disorder treatment services for members.

Through USBHPC, members have premium access to Sanvello—a top-rated app offering daily mood tracking, coping tools, guided journeys—for 24/7 support managing stress, anxiety, and depression at no cost share. Download Sanvello from the App Store or Google Play.

Members may also self-refer for in-person office visits or secure, confidential virtual visits with a participating licensed mental health provider either online or by phone by calling USBHPC at 855-202-0984 or visiting liveandworkwell.com.

Wellness Page
The Sutter Health Plus Wellness Page provides access to a variety of health-related tools and resources available at no cost for members. In addition to a library of tip sheets and webinars, members can find information about the Integrated Care Management Program for disease management and the Health Coaching Program for personalized help to achieve their wellness goals at sutterhealthplus.org/wellness.

24/7 Nurse Advice Line
Registered nurses are available 24-hours a day, seven days a week for immediate information about medical problems and to help members determine the right level of care for their health needs at 855-836-3500.
